DO YOU DELIVER ON BANK HOLIDAYS?

DPD do not deliver on Bank Holidays.

IS A SIGNATURE NEEDED FOR DELIVERY?

Yes, a signature may be required for delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel between 8.00am and 6.00pm.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

We may be able to change the address within the first 30 minutes of placing your order, however we this is not guaranteed due to DPD collection times.  However you can change the shipping address once you have received a notification from DPD.

DELIVERY SERVICE

DPD services provide a next day delivery for most parts of the UK. These services are available for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday and before 11am on Friday. Delivery is Monday-Friday, excludes Bank Holidays
