| L-Tyrosine is a precursor to important neurotransmitters which deliver stimulating effects, enhance mental functioning and inhibit feelings of stress and fatigue.
Citrulline Malate assists in the production of Nitric Oxide and removes performance inhibiting endotoxins such as lactic acid and ammonia for a more efficient and prolonged performance. Taurine plays a crucial role in the transportation of Electrolytes into cells, optimising cell functioning during physical performance. Electrolytes and B Vitamins aid in maintaining a correct hydration balance, important for cell functioning. Vitamin B3 and B6 are essential in the utilisation and uptake of Amino Acids which contribute to enhanced mental performance. Vitamin C benefits exercise performance by improving metabolism during physical activity. |

Wouldn’t say it tastes the nicest but I guess thats because it has super high bcaa and not a load of sugar like some. Get kind if a good buzz when I take it while trianing and I think I can do more.
