| Zinc is essential for adequate Testosterone levels, necessary for improved athletic performance, aiding gains in muscle size and strength. Zinc is also essential for many enzymatic processes.
L-Arginine and Citrulline Malate combine to produce Nitric Oxide, which causes blood vessels to widen and relax, improving nutrient flow to muscle tissue. L-Arginine is a precursor to Creatine and stimulates the release of Human Growth Hormone. Glycine is involved in the production of Growth Hormone within the Pituitary gland. L-Leucine is the most Anabolic Amino Acid because of its role in up-regulating Protein Synthesis, creating an improved Anabolic environment which is needed for muscle growth. |
