Returns

We at MSC Nutrition® have so much confidence in our products that we offer a 30 day guarantee.

Providing you have purchased the product it can be returned. We will dispose of the item and either exchange it for another of equal value or refund you in full.

What can I return?

We offer a 30 day exchange guarantee.

Full refunds will only be given on products that are returned in their original containers and the tamper evident seal is not broken.

Refunds and exchanges will only be given on products returned to us within 30 days from receipt of order.

If you purchase products which are part of our bundles or product offers or via our discount code promotions, provided you’ve only used a very small amount and all other items still have the tamper evident seal, intact you will be refunded according to the discount that was applied to the offer.  However, the refund offered for the used product will be given on a proportionate basis, which will reflect how much had been used.

No refunds will be given on –

  • Products that are out of date
  • Further exchanges will on exchanges or returns

MSC Nutrition® refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Who pays for the return?

If you are returning a product because of an error by our team, all costs will be financed by us.

If returning the product yourself we advise that you use a tracked service.  We cannot be held responsible for lost returns which result from your choice of carrier.  Please ensure that you keep your proof of return receipt until you have received an email from us confirming that we have processed the return and refunded you.

How do I return an item?

Please email our customer services team – teammsc@mscnutrition.co.uk with your Order ID and details of the product(s) and reason(s) for return.

We will provide you with a returns number and address details of where to return your parcel.

Please allow 28 working days for your refund/exchange to be processed.
